A look at the Hamilton College Continentals Men’s Hockey schedule

The Hamilton College Continentals Men’s Hockey Team opens its 2023-24 season this Friday night. Here’s a preview of the regular season games they will play this season.

Russell Sage Rink in Clinton, NY will be alive and buzzing on Friday night November 17th, as the Hamilton College Continentals Men’s Hockey Team will open their 2023-24 regular season. Their opponents will be NESCAC rivals the Amherst Mammoths.

The Continentals finished the 2022-23 regular season with an overall record of 13-10-2. They were especially good within their conference, the NESCAC – where they compiled a record of 11-5-2. Hamilton was 6-4-0 at home, 6-6-2 on the road, and 1-0-0 at a neutral site. They were eliminated in the quarterfinals of the NESCAC Tournament by the Colby Mules.

While a solid 2022-23 season gives hope for an even better 2023-24, there is even more reason for excitement on College Hill. Head Coach Rob Haberbusch and his staff have brought in the number two recruiting class in all of Division III according to https://neutralzone.net. You can read all the details about that class here: https://cnyhockeyreport.com/hamilton-college-continentals-mens-hockeys-solid-recruit-class/.

Hamilton will play twenty-four regular season games in 2023-24. They will play eighteen NESCAC games, with the remaining six games of course being non-conference. The Continentals will also participate in one regular season tournament.
